Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wish Digital Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
